Fuji Bit Inc.（以下「当社」）は、ロト6 / ロト7 / ミニロト 予想アプリ「LOTO ORACLE」（iOS / Android。以下「本アプリ」）における利用者情報（個人情報を含みます）の取り扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシーを定めます。本アプリを利用することで、本ポリシーの内容に同意いただいたものとみなします。
1. 事業者情報

2. 基本方針
当社はサーバーを運用しておらず、アカウント登録・ログインもありません。当社が利用者の氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・位置情報などの個人情報を取得・保存することはありません（お問い合わせメールをいただいた場合を除きます。第 11 項参照）。本アプリが扱う情報は、利用者の端末内に保存されるものと、下記の外部サービスへ送信されるものに限られます。
3. 端末内に保存する情報
以下の情報は利用者の端末内にのみ保存され、当社に送信されることはありません。
- Claude API キー（利用者が設定画面で入力した場合のみ）: iOS は UserDefaults、Android は SharedPreferences に保存します。Android ではクラウドバックアップおよび端末間データ転送の対象から除外しています。
- アプリの設定・表示状態: 選択中のモードや取得した当選履歴データなど。
- アプリ内課金の購入状態: 「極秘のアルゴリズム」の購入状態は Apple（App Store）/ Google（Google Play）の仕組みにより管理され、本アプリはアンロック状態の判定にのみ使用します。
4. 外部への情報送信（外部送信）
本アプリは、以下の外部サービスと通信します。送信される情報、送信先、利用目的は次のとおりです。

各送信先における情報の取り扱いは、それぞれのプライバシーポリシーに従います。
5. 利用目的
本アプリが扱う情報は、次の目的にのみ使用されます。
- 予想・統計機能の提供（当選履歴データの取得）
- AI 解説機能の提供（利用者が API キーを設定した場合）
- 広告の配信と効果測定（本アプリを無料で提供するため）
- アプリ内課金の提供と購入状態の復元
- お問い合わせへの対応
6. 第三者提供
当社は利用者の個人情報を取得しないため、当社から第三者に個人情報を提供することはありません。第 4 項に記載の広告 SDK（Pangle）による情報の送信は、本アプリに組み込まれた SDK が Pangle に直接行うものです。法令に基づく場合を除き、当社が利用者の情報を販売・提供することはありません。
7. 広告とトラッキング
本アプリは、画面下部のバナー広告と、アプリをバックグラウンドから再度開いたときの全画面広告を表示します。
- iOS: 初回起動時に Apple の App Tracking Transparency（ATT）による確認を表示し、その応答が確定してから広告 SDK を開始します。許可した場合に限り、IDFA がパーソナライズ広告とその効果測定に使用されます。許可しない場合も本アプリのすべての機能を利用でき、IDFA を使用しない広告が表示されます。
- Android: 端末の広告 ID が広告配信と効果測定に使用されます。
パーソナライズ広告の停止・広告識別子のリセットは、端末の設定からいつでも行えます。
- iOS: 設定 > プライバシーとセキュリティ > トラッキング（アプリごとの許可を変更）
- Android: 設定 > プライバシー > 広告、または 設定 > Google > 広告（広告 ID のリセット・削除。機種・OS バージョンにより異なります）
8. 安全管理
本アプリの外部通信はすべて HTTPS（TLS）で暗号化されます。API キーは端末内にのみ保存し、当社が受け取ることはありません。
9. 保存期間と削除
- 端末内に保存された情報（API キー・設定・取得データ）は、設定画面で API キーを消去するか、本アプリをアンインストールすることで削除されます。
- 当社はサーバーに利用者データを保存していないため、当社側で保管・削除するデータはありません。
- Pangle・Anthropic・Apple・Google が保有するデータの保存期間・削除方法は、各社のプライバシーポリシーに従います。広告識別子は上記の手順でリセット・削除できます。
10. お子様のプライバシー
本アプリは宝くじを題材にした一般向けのエンターテインメントアプリであり、13 歳未満のお子様を対象としていません。当社がお子様の個人情報を意図的に取得することはありません。
11. お問い合わせ・開示等の請求
本ポリシーや利用者情報の取り扱いに関するご質問・ご要望は、support@fujibit.com までご連絡ください。お問い合わせの際にいただいたメールアドレス等は、回答のためにのみ使用し、対応完了後は不要になった時点で削除します。当社が保有する利用者情報はありませんが、開示・訂正・削除等のご請求があった場合は、法令に従い誠実に対応します。
12. 本ポリシーの変更
当社は、法令の改正や本アプリの機能変更に応じて本ポリシーを改定することがあります。改定後の内容は本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じ、上記の「最終更新日」に反映します。
Fuji Bit Inc. ("we") sets out this privacy policy describing how user information, including personal information, is handled in "LOTO ORACLE", a Loto 6 / Loto 7 / Mini Loto prediction app for iOS and Android (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to this policy.

2. Our approach
We do not operate any servers, and the App has no account registration or login. We do not collect or store personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or location (except when you email us; see section 11). The information handled by the App is limited to what is stored on your device and what is sent to the external services listed below.
3. Information stored on your device
The following information is stored only on your device and is never sent to us.
- Claude API key (only if you enter one in Settings): stored in UserDefaults on iOS and SharedPreferences on Android. On Android it is excluded from cloud backup and device-to-device transfer.
- App settings and state: such as the selected mode and downloaded draw-history data.
- In-app purchase state: the purchase state of the "Top Secret Algorithm" is managed by Apple (App Store) / Google (Google Play); the App uses it only to decide what is unlocked.
4. Information sent to external services
The App communicates with the following external services. The information sent, the recipients, and the purposes are as follows.

5. Purposes of use
Information handled by the App is used only for:
- Providing predictions and statistics (downloading draw history)
- Providing AI commentary (when you set an API key)
- Serving ads and measuring their performance (to keep the App free)
- Providing in-app purchases and restoring purchase state
- Responding to inquiries
6. Disclosure to third parties
Because we do not collect personal information, we do not provide personal information to third parties. The transmissions by the ad SDK (Pangle) described in section 4 are made directly to Pangle by the SDK built into the App. Except as required by law, we never sell or provide your information to anyone.
7. Advertising and tracking
The App shows a banner ad at the bottom of the screen and a full-screen ad when you reopen the App from the background.
- iOS: on first launch, the App asks for permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework and starts the ad SDK only after your response is settled. The IDFA is used for personalized ads and their measurement only if you allow it. If you decline, all features remain available and ads that do not use the IDFA are shown.
- Android: your device's advertising ID is used for ad delivery and measurement.
You can stop personalized ads or reset your advertising identifier at any time in your device settings:
- iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking (change the permission per app)
- Android: Settings > Privacy > Ads, or Settings > Google > Ads (reset or delete the advertising ID; varies by device and OS version)
8. Security
All network communication by the App is encrypted with HTTPS (TLS). Your API key is stored only on your device and is never received by us.
9. Retention and deletion
- Information stored on your device (API key, settings, downloaded data) is deleted when you clear the API key in Settings or uninstall the App.
- We keep no user data on any server, so there is nothing for us to retain or delete.
- Retention and deletion of data held by Pangle, Anthropic, Apple, and Google follow their respective privacy policies. You can reset or delete your advertising identifier as described above.
10. Children's privacy
The App is a general-audience entertainment app themed around lotteries and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Contact and requests
For questions or requests about this policy or the handling of user information, contact support@fujibit.com. Your email address and any details you send are used only to reply and are deleted once no longer needed. We hold no user information, but we will respond in good faith, in accordance with applicable law, to any request for disclosure, correction, or deletion.
12. Changes to this policy
We may revise this policy in response to changes in law or in the App's features. Revisions take effect when posted on this page and are reflected in the "last updated" date above.
